Having fun eating chili!

Bloomington Rehabilitation and Health Care Center hosted a Chili Dinner fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Hospital on Saturday, March 12 at their facility from 12-3pm. Live entertainment was provided by County Chaos. Guests enjoyed chili, hot dogs, chips and homemade cookies. The staff would like to thank Dr. Paturi for attending and assisting with the event. His company was enjoyed by all! One of the resident’s family members wrote the following thank you letter about the event.

“My mother is a resident of your Bloomington facility. My sister and I recently attended the chili dinner fundraiser for St. Jude Hospital. I know most of the staff well because we are very involved with my mother’s care and I know they have a difficult, yet rewarding job. I wanted to complement them on this event. It ran incredibly smoothly, they were well staffed, well prepared and it showed in the type of event they were able to pull off. The residents greatly enjoyed the chili dinner and the live country music (great band by the way). It was also a fantastic opportunity for families to visit and, of course, a very lucrative fundraiser. Kudos to you for hosting such a wonderful event!”
