This past Saturday, September 17th, Eastview Terrace hosted the forth annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s benefit at the Sullivan VFW. It was a huge event with a bags tournament, silent auction, live auction, gun raffle, 50/50 drawing, and dinner specials. We also had T-shirts for sale with an elephant on them that say “The heart never forgets. End Alzheimer’s.” The staff really came together to make special baskets for the auction and spreading the word about the event. We were able to raise just over $6000!! We will be donating all the proceeds on October 1, 2016 at the Decatur Walk to End Alzheimer’s in honor of our beloved residents. Thank you to everyone who attended!
