After a hospital stay at Decatur Memorial Hospital for pneumonia and respiratory issues, Edwin Eller chose the Pathways program at Nokomis Rehabilitation & Health Care Center for short term rehab to home services. The entire team enjoyed working with Edwin during his stay with us and they are very proud of his determination to recover and get back home quickly. Edwin worked very well with our physical and occupational therapists on his goals of improving his mobility and increasing his strength and endurance.
“This is the most fantastic facility I have ever been acquainted with. Everyone working here has been helpful. All the staff on all shifts are absolutely awesome and always ready to help. They made my stay as pleasant as possible. I will miss them all” shared Edwin. Our caregiver team is very glad that we will still be able to see Edwin when he visits and when he uses our facility van for transportation to doctors appointments.
