Recently, residents at Countryview Care Center of Macomb kicked off Project Task Work (PTW), a program partnering the facility with community organizations: While at Countryview Care Center, many residents are working towards returning to independent living. As a means to reintroduce the workforce, PTW partners with organizations to do some of the administrative taskwork such as folding fliers or assembling newsletters. The program’s tagline is “Your tasks empower our people.”
