Social Workers Celebration
Mason Point and Harbor Light Hospice hosted a “Social Workers Celebration” at the Knight building at Mason Point for Social Workers appreciation this month. The event provided educational speakers and a chance for some much needed pampering for those in attendance. Harbor Light Hospice and Mason Point plan to make this a annual event and hope to grow bigger next year.
Our Volunteers
We truly appreciate our volunteers. We do realize the time our volunteers take to fit our residents into their busy schedules so on Friday April 15, 2011, Shelbyville Rehab & Health Care Center hosted a volunteer desert social. We had many participants. Each guest had their name drawn for a plant of their choice. Deserts of warm coffee cake, strawberry shortcake, cookies and punch were served. A good time was had by all.
