Gina Douglass
Prairie City Rehab and Health Care is proud to announce Gina Douglass as the new administrator of the facility.
Gina graduated from Abingdon High School in 2004 and from Illinois State University with marketing degree in 2008.
Gina was previously employed as Sales/Advertising/ Event Manager in Bloomington, IL and then as the Corporate Marketing Coordinator for Petersen Health Care before this position.
She is currently engaged to be married this summer to her fiancé Adam and resides in Abingdon, Illinois.
Gina has strong family ties to the Bushnell/Prairie City, Abingdon area and is very excited be back as part of the community that she grew up in.
She is also looking forward to joining civic organizations in the area as well as looking forward to getting to know the seniors of Fulton, McDonough and the surrounding counties.

Prairie City Rehab and Health Care holds Soup Supper for Bushnell/Prairie City school foundation.
Soup Supper Prairie City
Prairie City Rehab and Health Care Center held their 2nd annual soup and sandwich supper to support the Bushnell/Prairie City School Foundation. There was a large crowd of supporters who enjoyed the delicious homemade soups, sandwiches, relishes and desserts from the wonderful cooks at the facility. Door prizes were donated by the facility, Rehab Care and Tompkins State Bank. $315 was raised for the foundation.
“I would like to thank everyone who came out and supported this cause. All of us at Prairie City Rehab and Health Care were so happy to see the large turnout and look forward to even a bigger crowd next year”, said Kassie Courson, Community Relations Coordinator.
